Frequently Asked Questions

How do I go about placing an order?

Begin by searching and selecting the product or products you wish to order.

You can submit your request directly from our website or email us on info@streamlineagencies.co.za.

We will then make contact with you regarding your enquiry and make sure we have the details we need to complete your quote request or order.

Once you are happy with the quote we would require a 60% deposit to confirm your order.

We would require your Logo in a hi res or vector format. 

Once we have the correct Logo we will send you an artwork layout.  The layout will show the item/s and quantity ordered as well as the position of the logo.  Once you are happy with the artwork layout we would require it to be signed off.  No branding will occur until the layout is checked carefully and approved.

Once the artwork is signed off, it will be ready in 10 working days!

We would require the balance of the payment before we deliver your goods

We can deliver to your doorstep anywhere in the Cape Town or surrounding areas.  Should you require us to deliver outside of these areas we are happy to do so via courier.  We will arrange delivery to your doorstep with a minimal fee. 

General Questions

How do I get a quote?

Although we have hundreds of products in our library, should you not find what you are looking for, or need urgent assistance, please email info@streamlineagencies.co.za.   upon your request our dedicated procurement team will check stock, make sure we offer you the best product at the best price and then we will send you a quote.  Should you not find what you are looking for, or want us to assist you quickly, send a mail to info@streamlineagencies.co.za or richard@streamlineagencies.co.za, and we will handle your query.

What information do you need for a quote?

Your full company details including all contact telephone numbers and/or email address.

Which product/s are you looking for?  If you have a product/s code, please let us know.

How many units would you like?

Do you require branding on the items? Please attach the logo or design if possible (Hi Res pdf or Vector).

If you are unable to attach the file, please tell us how many colours are in the logo or design.

It is very important to send us your logo in the correct format – sending us the incorrect format will delay an order.  (Please see our Artwork FAQ for further details)

Branding Lead Times and Deadlines.

What is your deadline and where would you like to take delivery? This information is very important if you have a specific date that the event is on.

Please note that we will not start branding without a 60% deposit and we will only release your order upon full payment of the order.

Where do you deliver to?

We operate nationwide, as well as into Africa.  Courier/Shipping fees will apply.

What if we have a deadline?

We never miss a deadline, but it is important that we know when your event is to make sure that you get your order on time.

Product Questions

How can I see what the product looks like?

You may view our items online, or we can show you a physical sample.  Should your company be situated outside of the Cape Town area we can have a sample delivered to your doorstep - There would be a sample and delivery cost involved.

Branding Questions

What is a setup fee?

There is a cost involved for setting up of the machines and various materials required to brand your items as well as the manual labour of branding your products. This setup fee will be charged every time you place an order.

Can you brand our items?

Yes, we have a wide range of branding possibilities for our products. We will advise you on the recommended branding solution for the product/s you have selected.

Why does my artwork have to be in Vector Format?

A Vector Image has smooth lines that separate different paths and colours of your logo, giving a perfect finished product. This will ensure that your printing quality is excellent. Should you not have the correct format, our designers can assist by redrawing your logo at a fee.

Order Questions

How do we pay for our order?

All payments are done with EFT payments; we do however accept company purchase orders by prior arrangement. Only once payment has cleared our bank account, can we process your order.

Can I cancel my order?

This depends if your order has already been branded, in which case this will not be possible.
